We are pleased to have recently welcomed a new Senior Consultant to our growing team. As part of our expanding journey, we are now looking for another talented individual to strengthen our team.

Who are we?

Leaseright was founded in 1992 and has since steadily expanded. Our consulting services create significant savings through optimization and streamlining of leasing and rental agreements through improved processes and financial conditions. Today, we are the market leader in our business area and actively drive change in the industry through education and engagement in various interest organizations. We have a broad and solid customer base mainly consisting of municipalities, regions, and larger companies. We currently have 28 employees working from our offices in central Vänersborg.

Job Description

The role of Senior Consultant is an advisory role that includes individual customer responsibility throughout the customer process. As a consultant, you are responsible for and drive your assignments forward through good business ethics and a belief in long-term business relationships. The work is done both individually and in teams with customers and colleagues. The tasks are varied and include, among other things, to:

• Lead customer projects in the development of necessary data to create accounting documentation
• Deliver accounting documentation and assist in providing documentation for interim and annual reports regarding financial and operational leasing
• Analyze customers' existing leasing commitments and identify possible improvement proposals both monetarily and administratively
• Support customers in procurement related to leasing and rentals
• Participate in and drive change work together with customers on leasing issues
• Follow-up and quality assurance of completed efforts
• Participate in the development of Leaseright's consulting business and services

We provide you with specialist knowledge through both internal and external training in our field of business.

Personal Qualities

We believe that you have a clear consultative approach, a business-minded thinking, are solution-oriented, and have a good ability to work both independently and in teams. We also see that you have a strong commitment and drive to deliver results and are motivated to deepen your knowledge within our areas of expertise. You are analytical and structured and have good communication skills in both speech and writing. Being able to build trust in combination with humility is highly valued along with the strength to establish and maintain good contacts and business relationships.

Desired Qualifications

• Academic education in economics or equivalent
• Good knowledge of accounting
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Meritorious with experience as a consultant
• Meritorious with experience in project work
• Meritorious with experience in procurement and financing

You are fluent in the Swedish language both verbally and in writing.
