Job Responsibilities
We are currently looking for knowledgeable customs administrators for upcoming needs with our clients in Gothenburg. We are looking for someone who is skilled in customs administration and enjoys combining precision with first-class service.
If you are a person who is passionate about structure and quality, while also having an eye for detail and thriving in a dynamic environment, then you are the one we are looking for!
Your main responsibilities:
- Handle import and export declarations according to applicable customs regulations
- Manage transit and related documentation
- Support freight forwarders and other partners in customs-related matters
- Conduct thorough document checks to ensure correct information
- Administer customs warehouses and ensure that all processes comply with current legislation
- Continuously improve and develop customs administrative processes.
If employed, you will first be employed as a consultant through Aditro Logistics Staffing AB. The assignment is permanent, and in the long run, there is an opportunity to transfer to our partner, provided that everything works well.
Start: According to agreement
Extent: Full-time, Mon-Fri
Location: Gothenburg
Your Profile
Requirements:
- You have experience in customs administration and enjoy working in a structured and responsible manner.
- You have a good ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and always ensure that everything is done according to applicable regulations and deadlines.
- Do you have education in customs or logistics.
- Have good computer skills (Office package and business systems)
- Proficient in Swedish and English, both in writing and speaking
