About the HR Department

The HR department is the university's common resource for all HR-related issues towards the university's four institutions, administration, as well as the department for student support, library, and pedagogical development. The HR department is an exciting workplace with challenges and opportunities. Job Responsibilities:

As an HR specialist with a focus on recruitment, you provide professional and operational support to managers throughout the recruitment process.

This role is primarily focused on teacher recruitment and consists of extensive administrative tasks. The work requires knowledge and understanding of the laws and regulations governing the employment of teachers at an institution of higher education. You will also work on preparing employment matters for the employment board and before the rector's decision. Since this role involves some international recruitment, it means that entire recruitment processes are conducted in English and that relocation may be part of the process.

For this position, the following is required:

• University education in the HR field
• Experience in recruiting research students/teachers at an institution of higher education
• Experience in conducting recruitments in English
• Experience in HR and recruitment administration
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing
