Adacto People is looking for an experienced service advisor on behalf of clients. Are you service-minded, a doer, and solution-oriented? Then this might be the job for you!

Your responsibilities:

As a service advisor, you are the face outward and the central link between the customer and the workshop, where the customer preferably sees that you have worked with brands like Mercedes and BMW before. Your responsibilities include booking customers for service and repairs, planning the work for our technicians, and together with your colleagues managing the spare parts sales. An important part of the job is always to offer professional service, which requires a high customer focus and the ability to handle many processes simultaneously, while always striving for high quality.

Qualifications

You have a high school education and several years of experience working in customer service. You have a great technical interest and experience from the automotive industry. The job requires good computer skills, the ability to quickly understand processes and routines, and the ability to express yourself well in Swedish both verbally and in writing. A driver's license is a requirement.

Personal qualities

To thrive as a service advisor, you should enjoy working in an advisory role towards customers, often at a fast pace. This requires a high level of service awareness, good communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. We are looking for a happy, energetic, and unpretentious person who is a team player. You do not hesitate to support your colleagues and contribute to a positive atmosphere in the team.
