About the role:We are looking for a consultant on behalf of our client for an exciting assignment in sustainable business development. You will be part of a team and work to drive and support projects in digitalization, process improvements, and customer relations. The role also includes ongoing tasks such as market monitoring, benchmark analyses, customer surveys, and managing tenant data. You will be employed for the project by Hållbarhetsbyrån 360 AB but will work entirely at the end client.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience as a business and organizational consultant.
• Experience from the real estate industry, preferably within public companies.
• Experience working both at headquarters and in technical core operations.
• Ability to map the current situation, collect and analyze data, identify needs, and provide recommendations.
• Experience in driving your own projects and supporting others in projects, both strategically and operationally.
• Skilled in formulating and following up on assignments, leading workshops, and presenting results in reports and presentations.

Meritorious:

• Experience in organizational and process reviews, stakeholder analysis, change, and implementation work.
• Knowledge in digitalization, sustainability (e.g., CSRD, taxonomy, energy), innovation, and collaboration between support and core operations.
• Experience from municipal companies and politically governed organizations.

Assignment framework:

• Period: 2025-02-15 to 2026-12-15 (vacation weeks 28–32). Option for extension of 6 months.
• Scope: 100%
• Hybrid work (50%)
