About the Job

We are looking for a quality assistant with a sense of service and customer contact! Are you a meticulous and quality-conscious person who also has a natural ability to create good relationships? As a quality assistant with us, you will play an important role in ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest standards.

We are looking for someone who is communicative and has an easy time talking to customers, both to solve problems and to build trust. Your ability to listen, understand, and provide clear answers is crucial for maintaining our high quality standards and our strong brand.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for collecting and compiling complaints from customers and consumers, and together with the quality manager, performing root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions.
• Responsible for consumer contact.
• Report quality-related information in digital tools (e.g., customer portals)
• Conduct inspection rounds in the factory
• Perform sampling in the process and be responsible for compiling and following established sampling plans.
• Work with our quality management systems ISO 22000 FSSC and IFS
• Be part of a team of internal auditors and conduct internal audits at our production facilities.
• Join the company's HACCP team and, together with a group of mixed expertise, help develop and optimize our processes.

Requirements

· Since the position involves a lot of customer contact, we place great importance on you being very service-oriented and able to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English. You must be socially competent, service-oriented, and have a good portion of common sense.

• That you have studied food chemistry/technology or a similar education, or that you have good experience in food production and quality work.
• That you are meticulous and take responsibility for your tasks.
• That you can work both in a team and independently and have a good ability to prioritize your tasks.
• You need to have basic knowledge of microbiology and a good eye for quality.
• Computer skills
• Tolerate cold, blood, and odors

Meritorious

• If you have previous experience with IFS, ISO 22000FSSC, or BRC
• Experience in the food industry, preferably in slaughter/cutting or charcuterie.
• Experience in customer/consumer contact.

Location

Brålanda, but occasional travel to our other production facilities, currently Uddevalla and Gothenburg, may occur.

Salary and Employment Conditions: We have a collective agreement with Unionen.
