As an economist at Riksbyggen, you will work in an advisory role with many customer contacts. You will work closely with our technical managers and other delivery units to jointly deliver long-term good management services that create value for our customers.

You will make a difference. You will be the economist for a number of our customers, mainly condominium associations but also commercial property owners and municipalities. You will have a lot of contact with, among others, the chairmen and boards of condominium associations.

For our customers, you will be responsible for ongoing bookkeeping, budgeting and closing, financial monitoring of operations, loan procurement, financial planning, and presenting budgets and forecasts to the boards. The work also includes identifying new needs and developing long-term partnerships with customers.

You will also be the contact person for boards, condominium members, suppliers, authorities, and others regarding financial issues. As an employee at Riksbyggen, you are also expected to be a member of one or more condominium associations, in which case a responsibility fee is paid.

You contribute with your expertise and commitment. You have an economic education from university/college or equivalent. We see that you have worked with various parts of finance and have experience in closing work/accounting.

We are looking for someone who is interested in customer contacts and has the ability to see and meet customer needs and act professionally. You have the ability to create an open and trusting dialogue and a good cooperation internally and externally. Furthermore, it is important that you can look ahead and work out long-term sustainable strategies for the customer's financial management. You need to be structured and independent.

The position is a permanent position and requires a B driver's license. The role includes some evening meetings. The job location is Borås or Gothenburg, and work occurs in both locations.
