We are in need of a substitute teacher at 50% for teaching in the restaurant education program at Magnus Åbergsgymnasiet.

Knowledge primarily in cooking and food hygiene is what we want you to be qualified to teach. At Magnus Åbergsgymnasiet, we work in modern kitchens and at the restaurant MåGott.

We are now looking for a teacher in vocational subjects in our restaurant education programs, primarily focused on cooking and food hygiene.

Responsibilities

The position involves teaching in our restaurant education programs within upper secondary education. The tasks will include planning, teaching, examinations, grading, evaluation, and workplace visits. Some teaching may take place in the evenings.

In addition, the focus is on improving students' learning through systematic school development. With us, you are involved in this development on several levels - the students', your own, and the organization's. This can, for example, take place in the teaching situation, in team work/subject work, and in the overall school development work.

Qualifications

• Certified vocational teacher for relevant courses in subjects related to restaurants at the upper secondary level.
• We expect you to contribute within and outside the work team with your professional competence. It is important that you have the ability to motivate students in their learning and are positive, curious, attentive, and clear in your communication.

• Substitute position 50% until 250331, with the possibility of extension.
• Interviews may be conducted during the application period.
• The position may be filled before the end of the application period.
