About the assignment and the profile we are looking for

For our exciting client in central Stockholm, we are now looking for a consultative, action-oriented, and business-driven HR Business Partner for a 100% consulting assignment starting in June and lasting approximately 12 months. The client has a hybrid work model where you are expected to be in the office 3 days a week.

The assignment is perfect for you who thrive in the breadth of HR and are looking for an operational, business-oriented, and consultative HR role. The assignment is a classic HRBP role where you support managers and employees broadly in all areas of HR. You will be part of a smaller People organization consisting of a total of 3 people. The client is in a changing phase, and you will thrive if you enjoy change, business, and driving projects. We are looking for someone who is driven, communicative, and unpretentious with 5-8 years of experience in a similar role. You will focus heavily on change management, digitalization, compensation/C&B, the pay transparency directive, project management, and working closely with the business.

Examples of tasks

• Provide consultative business-driven HR support across the entire HR scope
• Actively work with change management
• Work with compensation/C&B
• Lead HR-related projects
• Plan and strengthen work with future competencies/TA strategies
• Work environment and labor law
• Light union negotiations

We would like you to have experience in

• Previous role as HRBP, HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or People Partner for 5-8 years
• Business-driven HR consultation to senior/mid stakeholders
• Working with compensation and benefits (C&B)
• Light union negotiations
• TA strategies
• Change management

To fit well into the assignment, we would like you to be a strong communicator and a clear team player. Furthermore, you should be business-oriented and unpretentious.

We will interview candidates over the next two weeks, and interviews with the client are expected to take place in week 15.
