Fraud Officer

ABOUT THE POSITION

One of the major players in the banking sector is seeking two Fraud Officers through us, who will together with a team of up to 10 people handle incoming complaints. These come in every day, and then a decision must be made on whether the customer should be compensated for their disputed transaction. The position may also involve assisting with other cases that come into the fraud group. You will work on-site in Sundbyberg during office hours and under close guidance from more senior staff within the fraud group.

This is a consulting assignment with an immediate start, lasting approximately six months. You will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant for the bank in question.

JOB DUTIES

Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming complaints and fraud cases
  • Ongoing documentation in the bank's internal systems

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has completed high school
  • Communicates fluently in Swedish and has good knowledge of English
  • Has good computer and system skills
  • Has a genuine interest in the banking sector and wants insight into fraud cases

It is an advantage if you have

  • Previous work experience in a similar field or within the banking sector
  • A bachelor's degree in economics
