Our client is an authority within the transport sector that works to facilitate the everyday life of residents traveling and commuting in Stockholm city. Job Responsibilities:

We are now looking for an experienced and business-driven consultant for an assignment with our client. The assignment involves managing revenue from commercial lease agreements and working with tenant relationships, changes in terms, and business development related to SL's property portfolio.

• Revenue management of commercial lease agreements for the client
• Handling lease agreement issues, changes in terms, and financial follow-up
• Active work in the property system PM, including documentation according to applicable procedures
• Rental and establishment work focusing on commercial development
• Participation in projects with tenant impact
• Legal handling related to the Rental Act
• Contributing to the development of business plans

Requirements for the position:

• Academic education in economics, law, engineering, or similar.
• At least 9 years of experience in the real estate industry in roles such as property manager, business manager, consultant, or similar.
• At least 2 assignments in revenue management of commercial premises in public transport, traffic, or within infrastructure in a public passenger environment.

Meritorious for the position:

• Experience in property development within the real estate industry
• At least 1 assignment in revenue management of commercial premises within a public organization.
• At least 1 assignment that has included the establishment and implementation of a business plan for commercial property holdings.

Before the assignment can begin, a security clearance will be conducted.
