We are now looking for a Meeting & Event Planner for Villa Lovik in Lidingö.

Your Profile

We are looking for an open, social, and engaged person. We seek someone who is structured, responsible, and leaves nothing to chance. We are looking for someone with good administrative skills, who is accustomed to writing and expressing themselves well. We want someone who is curious and has a genuine presence.

As a person, we would like you to be energetic, self-driven, and able to adapt to different situations with humility and initiative. You are passionate about good service, responsible, and have no problem working across departmental boundaries.

To be considered for the position of Meeting & Event Planner, we would like you to have the following:

• At least 2 years of documented experience in a similar role within hotels and conferences.
• Documented experience working in hotel systems – Protel is a merit.
• You are accustomed to working in the Office suite.
• You are unpretentious, clear, and love communication.
• You are meticulous in your work, well-structured, and enjoy working routines.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Responsible for detailed planning of our meetings and events, project leading
• Organizing, planning, and following up on bookings
• Creating good customer relationships
• Handling changes in bookings and ensuring safe and professional operations
• Taking care of showings and leading meetings with clients
• Actively working with upselling & invoicing

You will be part of the reception team where you will also work at the reception as needed.

Working hours are primarily during the day, but evenings and weekends may occur.

The role reports to the Hotel Manager.
