About Parkando

Parkando is a modern parking company located in the heart of Stockholm. We specialize in parking management and aim to create a smoother experience for property owners who own parking facilities. We are an ambitious team and are now looking for a new colleague to take on the role of project coordinator responsible for the company's deliveries.

About the position

In the role of project coordinator at Parkando, you will be responsible for driving and ensuring successful deliveries of our projects. You will work closely with both the sales team and the account managers to coordinate and push projects forward, from initial planning to completion.

In this role, it is important that you can handle both administrative and operational tasks, but with a strong focus on ensuring that all deliveries meet customer expectations and our high quality standards. You will have many points of contact both internally and externally, and it is crucial that you can balance multiple projects simultaneously and act quickly and effectively.

Examples of tasks:

• Coordinate and ensure project deliveries
• Be a central contact person between the sales team, account managers, and external suppliers
• Order and follow up on material supply
• Ensure correct and relevant communication both internally and externally.
• Lead and drive smaller and larger projects from start to finish
• Manage contract and customer data in business and delivery systems.
• Prepare and distribute reports and status updates to customers
• Ensure that projects are delivered according to schedule and budget

Parkando is located in beautiful offices in central Östermalm, Stockholm. The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.
