Experience and Qualifications

• University studies or vocational training in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting
• REQUIREMENT: Previous experience with Business Central (BC)
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Aptitude for handling systems and data
• Strong accounting knowledge: Ability to manage ongoing bookkeeping, annual reports (consultant support is available for annual reports) and tax declarations at K3 level
• Regulatory knowledge: Good familiarity with current laws and regulations in accounting and taxation

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and contribute to the preparation of annual reports (K3 regulations)
• Responsible for VAT and employer declarations as well as other tax obligations
• Together with the finance team, develop and improve financial processes, routines, and internal controls within the company
• Ongoing bookkeeping including account reconciliations, invoice management, bank payments, accruals, and expense management
• Work with the company's fixed asset register, personnel register, and item register
• Work with accounts payable and ensure efficient payment processes
• Optimize and develop accounting processes for increased efficiency
• Conduct balance reconciliations
• Contact with auditors and actively participate in audit processes
• Ad hoc tasks and other recurring tasks within finance and accounting

Your Profile

We are looking for a structured and analytical accountant with a strong sense of quality and accuracy in financial reports and work processes. You have an eye for detail and ensure that everything is correct, contributing to maintaining a high standard within the company. As a problem solver, you are skilled at navigating complex situations and communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, with both internal and external parties. You are independent in your work but enjoy collaborating with others when needed. Patience, stress resilience, and a positive attitude are important parts of your personality. You also have a desire to develop and deepen your knowledge in areas close to your role, making you a valuable asset to our team.
