About the Position Do you want to be part of an engaged and service-oriented team? As a Service Manager with us at E-Way, the well-visited service center in Skärholmen Centrum, you will be the face of the company and create positive experiences for visitors, customers, and employees.
With a professional and warm approach, you ensure that each visit is as smooth and pleasant as possible. You offer assistance with everything from simple inquiries to more advanced services – always with the customer experience in focus. In this role, you will work both administratively and physically to deliver high-level service!
Your main responsibilities:
- Manage mail and package deliveries
- Work in a logistically efficient manner
- Welcome and guide visitors
- Maintain contact with suppliers and shipping companies
- Support communication via the center's social media
- Be responsible for service inquiries and daily administration
- Contribute to the development and improvement of the service offering
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a natural sense of service and approachability
- Is flexible, self-driven, and enjoys both physical and administrative tasks
- Has good communication skills and is attentive to different needs
- Loves to take responsibility and be involved in developing work methods
- Ideally has experience with package handling and/or logistics
Requirements for the position
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Previous experience in service
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite
- Completed high school education
About Employment Employment: Permanent with a six-month initial probationary period. Employment rate: 100%. Start: April 2025. Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30 and every other week 12:15-20:15. You will also work every other Saturday from 09:45-14:45.
