Engaged Payroll Administrator Wanted

We are looking for an engaged payroll administrator who appreciates a workplace where proximity to the assistant user is significant, values are well anchored in the organization, and the ability to influence the whole is a given.

About the Role:

Together, we ensure that our approximately 4000 employed assistants receive their salaries every month, and we do it with great accuracy and a smile on our faces.

Your Responsibilities:

• Payroll calculations and payroll runs from start to finish
• Answer questions from our assistants and supervisors
• Controls and submission of employer declarations and taxes
• Administration regarding pensions, enforcement authority, social insurance agency, employer certificates, and statistics
• Handling of sick pay applications
• Contact with municipalities

About You:

We are looking for someone who loves working with payroll and wants to be part of JAG's fantastic payroll department. We believe you are a curious person who often receives appreciation for your ability to get things done effectively. We are looking for someone with previous experience working with payroll for a large number of employees in a personnel-intensive industry.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is social and enjoys working in a team.
• Contributes by bringing new ideas and knowledge. You are meticulous and care about delivering quality and always strive to provide good service.
• Has at least two years of experience in payroll work in some form (consultant, payroll administrator, or similar).
• With relevant post-secondary education.
• Who is proactive and fearless.
• With experience working independently in one or more payroll systems such as Agda.
• Who has experience working in one or more time reporting systems such as Aiai.

Your employer will be JAG Personal Assistance, Sweden's largest private assistance provider operating without profit motives. We were involved in driving the assistance reform through a pilot operation that started as early as 1992 and today have over 4,000 employed personal assistants. At the office in central Stockholm, there are about 70 friendly and engaged employees.
