Your upcoming role

As a staffing coordinator for SJ Stockholmståg, you will be part of a cheerful team with high problem-solving skills. You will work together with your colleagues at our headquarters in Stockholm to cover the short-term and daily planning for the property and cleaning department. The position is full-time and scheduled during the day/afternoon.

Main responsibilities

- Ensure daily staffing

- Receive and manage absence notifications

- Review available resources and cover vacancies

Expectations for the candidate

The role of staffing coordinator places high demands on communication skills and problem-solving. You need to be able to handle sudden and stressful situations with good problem-solving abilities. You enjoy working independently and in a team.

- Minimum high school diploma

- Experience in staffing coordination

- Good knowledge of Swedish

- Good IT skills and strong administrative abilities

It is a plus if you also have:

- Experience with the Medvind system

- Experience in staffing within the railway industry

What is SJ Stockholmståg AB?

SJ Stockholmståg (SJP) is a subsidiary of SJ AB and has had total responsibility for commuter trains since March 3, 2024; traffic, maintenance, and service. Commuter train traffic is an important artery for many residents in the Stockholm region. On a typical Tuesday, over 340,000 people travel on the commuter trains in Stockholm, and as the city grows, it is our responsibility to offer the opportunity to travel sustainably.
