Your Responsibilities:

Do you want to be part of a family business that owns, manages, develops, and builds housing in Stockholm? We are currently looking for a receptionist for our client Einar Mattsson this summer. In this role, you will be part of a team that values good service, optimism, and teamwork!

Main Tasks:

-Key distribution to tenants and contractors

-Welcoming customers and assisting them with their inquiries

-Mail handling

Period: June 1 - August 31, 2025

Scope: Approximately 4 hours/day - 2-3 days a week

Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM

Location: Hjulsta

This is a consultancy assignment via us at Clevry, which means you will be employed by us but work on-site at Einar Mattsson during the summer.

Your Profile:

We are looking for someone who is currently studying and wants an exciting and rewarding job this summer. For this role, we seek someone who has previously worked in service and understands what excellent service is. It is highly meritorious if you have worked in a reception before. The role comes with a lot of responsibility, which means there are high demands for you to be meticulous and able to juggle many tasks at once. You have a humble mindset and are not afraid to pitch in where needed.
