The Department of Management Support and Analysis develops the agency's cohesive system for management and governance and the operational area. Strategy and Development Management is tasked with creating conditions for, and driving, the agency's overall development. An important part of this task is to lead the agency-wide effort to sustainably and long-term reduce the number of benefit frauds and incorrect payments. The area coordinates and develops the agency's work to counteract benefit fraud. This means both strengthening and scaling up the agency's ability to prevent and hinder benefit fraud, as well as creating noticeable results in the short term.

Business Development, Analysis, and Internal Collaboration

To realize this ambition, we are now looking for a business developer who will be responsible for driving and leading various initiatives and projects within the area. The work includes business development, process, project, and change management, as well as management support to the area manager.

As a business developer, you are responsible for driving and supporting customer-oriented business development that contributes to the realization of the agency's vision and business idea. You also have a responsibility to identify development needs and translate these into concrete activities.

The position includes monitoring and being well-informed about current societal developments of significance to the agency, as well as analyzing potential consequences for the operations based on this. The work also includes participating in various networks and, among other things, taking part in preparations, operational planning, and annual reports. The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper management. Therefore, it is important that you, who will work with us, have a high level of security awareness.

We are looking for someone who

  • has a university degree or experiences and qualifications that can be deemed equivalent
  • has several years of experience in the relevant operational area and/or business development
  • has very good knowledge of change and development processes
  • has good knowledge of project management and various forms of collaboration
  • acts on their own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results
  • has the ability to create a useful network
  • can understand and analyze complex issues
  • comes up with innovative ideas and solutions that promote development
  • collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals
  • has good communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

It is meritorious if you

  • have experience from work within the relevant operational area
  • have experience with agile working methods and risk management
  • have experience working in a large public organization
  • have experience and knowledge in combating benefit fraud and incorrect payments
  • have experience with control issues
  • have worked with digitization and automation
  • have experience in process development
  • have knowledge of the various benefits of social insurance.

Other
2 positions, permanent, full-time, with start date according to agreement. A probationary period may be applicable.
