We are looking for an engaged and service-oriented administrator for Clinicum - Education Center, Danderyd Hospital.

In this role, you will be a key person for the flow of information in the organization and a contact point for the hospital's staff, students, and educational institutions. You will have a varied day-to-day with broad responsibilities and many points of contact, making the role both developing and stimulating.

We are looking for someone with a service-oriented approach and the ability to create structure in a dynamic environment. You enjoy providing excellent service, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and finding solutions to facilitate the operations.

Clinicum, which is part of the HR area, currently consists of a unit manager and eight dedicated employees who, together with instructors, educators, and student and pupil coordinators, drive the work forward. As an administrator with us, you will have competent and helpful colleagues as well as a work environment where we support each other and develop together.

As an employee at Danderyd Hospital, you will receive healthcare compensation, a wellness allowance of 5000 SEK per year, and access to the well-equipped staff gym Lyftet for only 540 SEK per year. Job Description

As an administrator with us, you will:

• Welcome and assist Clinicum's visitors.
• Administer room bookings and prepare rooms as well as provide technical support.
• Handle educational administration, including processing error reports, permissions, registration, and reporting.
• Manage purchasing administration and invoice handling.
• Work in various IT systems and manage the organization's website and functional mailbox.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least a three-year high school education.
• Good knowledge of Swedish - both spoken and written.
• At least two years of experience in administrative work with varied tasks.
• Good computer skills and broad experience with the Office suite.

Meritorious

Experience in administrative work within healthcare, education, or the public sector. Previous experience with administrative systems such as Raindance, Clockwork, Legaonline, Webropol, or Heroma. Familiarity with working in digital systems and handling basic technical support. Experience in educational administration and/or room booking. Previous work in an environment with many points of contact and a fast pace.

Employment Type
