About the Position

We are currently looking for Danish-speaking customer service representatives at Recruitive for one of our clients. You will be part of a fun and friendly customer service team, where you will handle incoming inquiries via email and phone from customers and assist them with their questions efficiently. In this role, you will respond to inquiries. You will have the opportunity to work in a small and supportive team.

Your Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls
Administrative tasks such as email management and order processing
Provide customers with quick and accurate service regarding their inquiries.

The position starts as a consultancy assignment but will transition to employment with the client company for the right candidate! The employer hopes that you are interested in a long-term position where they would like to see you develop in the role and have the desire to take the next step.

Working hours are typically daytime Monday to Friday. Start date is according to agreement, preferably immediately.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

Is fluent in Danish, both spoken and written.
Is service-oriented and skilled in expressing themselves both verbally and in writing.
Is responsible and flexible.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Has completed secondary education.

Your Experience:

Previous experience in service roles is a requirement. We also place great importance on personal qualities!
