Vindex is now looking for an experienced and self-driven Senior Accountant for an exciting position at a company located in the southern suburbs. In this role, you will be a key person in the accounting team and work with a variety of accounting and reporting tasks in an international environment. We prefer that you have experience from larger companies and have worked with complex transaction flows, where your system and Excel skills will be crucial for your success.

The recruitment process is fully managed by Vindex, but employment is offered directly with our client. The position is available for immediate start, and we hope that the right person can begin as soon as possible.

Location: Southern suburbs, Stockholm

Responsibilities

• Inventory reconciliations
• Treasury work, including liquidity forecasts and currency management
• Bank reconciliations and management of fixed asset registers
• Handling of payments, both domestic and international
• Intercompany bookings, reconciliations, and investigations of discrepancies
• Accounts receivable reconciliations and currency revaluation of accounts
• VAT reconciliations and reporting to the Tax Agency
• Payroll cost reconciliations and provisions
• IFRS 16
• Accruals and reconciliations
• Participation in audits, annual financial statements, and annual reports
• Reporting to SCB and group monthly reporting
• Support with ERP-related tasks and other projects

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics or other relevant education in finance
• Very good knowledge of Excel and experience using advanced functions
• Experience with ERP systems and a strong interest in systems
• Experience from larger international companies, preferably with transaction flows in multiple countries
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Broad experience in accounting, including accounting according to K3 and IFRS
• Experience in handling large transaction flows

Your experience working in international environments and your Excel skills enable you to handle large datasets and contribute to efficient workflows. You thrive in a dynamic and high-performing environment and possess good social skills, allowing you to collaborate well with others.
