Experienced Project Manager Wanted for Municipality in Eastern Stockholm

About the Assignment

The project aims to deliver a strategically guided document that sets the framework for how the municipality will work with sports issues. Two parallel projects will be conducted within the recreation unit. The first project involves developing a sports policy program for Värmdö municipality. The second project aims to prepare the establishment of a service that allows the municipality's residents to borrow recreational equipment free of charge. In addition to these two projects, there may be opportunities to lead additional project assignments within the framework of the recreation unit's development areas.

Who Are You?

The offered consultant should have:

• Documented experience as a project manager within municipal operations.
• Experience in association sports.
• Documented project management training.
• Experience in process management and/or organizational development with at least one assignment/project in process management and/or organizational development.
• Experience in current situation analyses and feasibility studies.
• Familiarity with leading workshops and working groups.
• Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form.
• Excellent skills in writing reports/studies.

You Are Offered

The assignment is full-time 100%, with an immediate start until 2025-09-30, with the possibility of extension for three months. The work will primarily take place on-site at the client's premises in eastern Stockholm.
