The Communications Department at Försäkringskassan consists of over 60 employees. With our diverse competencies, we work together towards common goals. Here, you will have the opportunity to use your skills and learn more through collaboration with others. We are located in the former LM Ericsson factory at Telefonplan in southern Stockholm.

Customer meetings, communication, and agile working methods
Försäkringskassan is developing its interaction with the insured, and the Communications Department plays a crucial role in this. The department has also implemented a new working method over the past year, which is based on priorities from the entire Försäkringskassan perspective, cross-functional work, and better supporting the insured's journey through Försäkringskassan's handling and processes.

We are now looking for a business developer who will support and drive the development of customer meeting issues for the entire Försäkringskassan. You will also work on the department's transition to increase focus on what we call insurance communication - the external and internal communication that affects the insured's journey through Försäkringskassan's handling and processes. Furthermore, you will support the department's development of the new working method.

The head of the Communications Department will be your immediate supervisor, and you will be part of an office that also includes a controller and another business developer.

We are looking for someone who

• has an academic degree from a university or equivalent experience/qualifications
• has several years of experience in communication work with a digital focus
• has several years of experience in driving, developing, and coaching in agile working methods
• has good procurement competence regarding web and digital services
• has good self-awareness and is stable as a person
• collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals
• acts on their own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results
• has good communication skills, both spoken and written.

It is meritorious if you

• have experience from Försäkringskassan
• have experience from government operations
