We are now looking for an engaged HR consultant focused on rehabilitation for an exciting part-time assignment with flexible working arrangements. Here you will have the opportunity to contribute your expertise in a knowledgeable HR team – both on-site and remotely.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a post-secondary education as a human resources specialist or behavioral scientist.

• Has many years of experience as an HR consultant focused on rehabilitation within municipal operations.

• Has training in conversation therapy or other relevant conversational methodologies.

• Is confident and trustworthy in dialogue with both managers and employees.

• Has the ability to work independently, structured, and solution-focused.

• Has experience in supervision and the ability to navigate complex personnel matters with integrity and professionalism.

• Is familiar with the IT system Adato.

About the assignment:

- Scope: Part-time approximately 16–24 hours per week (2–3 days)

- Working form: Hybrid – possibility for remote work combined with on-site efforts

- Assignment period: 2025-06-02 to 2025-12-31, with the possibility of a 1-year extension
