Office & HR Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Office & HR Coordinator who will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations, supporting employees, and contributing to a welcoming and efficient workplace.

Responsibilities

• Manage office flows, correspondence, and coordination of materials and equipment
• Plan and structure events
• Order lunches and breakfasts
• Handle administration during On/Off-boarding
• Assist with HR-related tasks and engagement activities

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience in similar office management and service tasks. It is a plus if you have an academic background in HR. To succeed in this role, we see that you are service-oriented, take initiative, and have strong organizational and communication skills.
