Therefore, we are now looking for a Digital Learning Coordinator who wants to help develop and ensure the quality of learning at Ragn-Sells together with us at Ragn-Sells Academy.

About the role & responsibilities

The mission of Ragn-Sells Academy is to consolidate learning within the group to ensure continuous development to future-proof our business. Our work is both strategic and operational in close collaboration with the business. Networking, communication, and collaboration with participants, trainers, and the organization are a natural part of your work as a Digital Learning Coordinator.

With us, you will work with:

• Developing, managing, and implementing digital learning journeys
• Managing and administering learning platforms and digital tools
• Creating simple and target group-adapted productions in authoring tools
• Driving and leading assignments or smaller projects
• Supporting the business in the use of digital tools and resources

You will report to the head of Strategic Competence Development at Ragn-Sells Academy.

Your profile

We are looking for a structured person who has knowledge/interest in pedagogy and digital learning, pedagogical design, and Edtech – preferably with experience working in digital platforms and tools. You are curious about how digitalization can support employees with learning in everyday life and want to contribute to that development. You are good at adapting your communication to the target group and have a good command of both Swedish and English in speech and writing. You see needs in the business that you can translate into concrete activities. You are collaborative and enjoy building networks, but you can also work independently and take your own initiatives.

You need to have a driver’s license and access to a car as the job involves some travel.
