Job Description
This role involves administrative work and ongoing processing. The job pertains to the onboarding and termination of new employers who enter into or terminate collective agreements. The work also includes managing incoming emails in group mailboxes, processing address changes, and staffing a phone queue. Currently, the client has three employees in this workgroup.
Mandatory Requirements
- Insurance knowledge in pensions
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience in administrative work
Desirable Requirements
- Experience in large data environments and web-based programs
- Experience with municipal occupational pensions and agreements
- Experience in finance and accounting
