You will have a broad and developing role where you support both management and employees in:

HR Support & Performance

• Guide managers in HR matters

• Support in development conversations and performance reviews

• Contribute to initiatives for employee development

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Participate in recruitment processes

• Ensure a smooth start for new managers

• Handle necessary documentation

Well-being & Compliance

• Participate in EHS meetings (environment, health & safety)

• Follow up on organizational and social factors

HR Planning & Reporting

• Keep track of key initiatives

• Update on project status and HR plans

Exit & Retention

• Conduct exit interviews

• Support managers in decisions regarding retention and offboarding

Policy & Compliance

• Be responsible for the whistleblower service

• Ensure compliance with workplace regulations

3–5 years of experience in operational HR work focusing on labor law, recruitment, and workplace safety.

A degree in Human Resources or equivalent education.

A trustworthy and relationship-building approach with the ability to lead HR initiatives.

A structured working style and the ability to shift between different tasks.

Fluent language skills in English, both spoken and written.

Practical information:

Location: Stockholm

Extent: About 30-50% (one day remote and one day in the office)

Assignment period: Start immediately, with the assignment expected to last for 6 months
