Your Responsibilities

As an Accounting Assistant, you will be part of a finance department consisting of three people. You will have a broad role with varied tasks and the opportunity to develop within finance.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Handling supplier invoices; scanning and registering arrivals
• Incoming and outgoing payments in various currencies
• Handling advance invoices
• Payment reminders
• Maintaining the supplier register
• Depreciations and accruals
• Accounting for taxes, VAT, and social fees
• Ensuring a pleasant workplace, such as ordering office supplies

Your Profile

To be the right person for this role, we prefer that you have previously worked as an Accounting Assistant where you were responsible for several parts of the flow. Personal qualities are important in this role. In your work style, you are meticulous, flexible, and used to working independently. We are looking for someone who is curious, enjoys working with a lot of responsibility, and dares to take initiatives. Being part of the team is a given for you, and you enjoy having many points of contact and find it easy to connect with your colleagues in the organization as well as with external individuals.

Success Factors

• Experience with the entire flow of customer and supplier accounts
• Previous practical experience as an Accounting Assistant is an advantage
• Good administrative skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience with the accounting system Microsoft Business Central is a plus, as the company has recently switched systems
• Fluent Swedish and English in both spoken and written form is a requirement
