We are currently seeking a recruiter on behalf of our client for a consulting assignment in Stockholm. The assignment is full-time and is expected to start on 2025-04-28 and last until 2026-04-24.

About the assignment As a recruiter at our client, you will drive the entire recruitment process from start to finish with a consultative approach. Our client recruits based on competence, which means that objectivity and fair assessment are central to the work. The tests MAP and Matrigma are important tools used throughout the recruitment process to ensure well-founded selection decisions.

Your main responsibilities:

• Drive the recruitment process according to competence-based methodology, from requirement profile to employment.
• Actively work with candidate search via LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ensure that tests are used as an integrated part of the selection process to create accurate decisions.
• Support hiring managers through clear communication and advice, and guide them in competence-based interviews.
• Contribute to the development of the client's working methods.
• Act as an ambassador for the client's employer value proposition (EVP) and ensure a positive candidate experience.

At our client, recruitment is a collaboration. You will work independently in your processes in close collaboration with hiring managers, while being part of an engaged and cohesive team where collaboration and learning are in focus. You will have the opportunity to develop in a socially important organization with a range of recruitment assignments in infrastructure, IT, technology, and other areas.

This role will have an extra focus on recruitment for the client's project operations, with roles such as project manager, design manager, technical experts, and other services within the framework of their infrastructure projects.

About you

We are looking for someone who meets the following mandatory requirements:

• At least three (3) years of work experience in the role of recruiter/TA
• At least two (2) years of work experience in an internal recruitment function/team in a larger organization (+500 employees)
• At least three (3) years of practical experience with all parts of the recruitment process including search in the role of recruiter
• At least three (3) years of work experience in independently driving competence-based recruitment processes with the support of tests in selection work.
• At least three (3) years of experience with LinkedIn Recruiter with search
• The consultant must be a certified test user in Assessio's tests MAP & Matrigma. Certification must be completed before the start of the assignment.

It is advantageous if you also meet the following requirements:

• At least 5 years of documented experience in recruitment as a recruiter in an internal recruitment function in a larger organization (+500 employees)
• Vocational training or higher education in HR, recruitment, or a relevant field.
• At least one (1) previous assignment of conducting workshops/training in recruitment for managers.
