With us, you will have the chance to become an expert in everything related to recruitment! Perhaps you have previously worked with recruitment and are between assignments, or you are about to finish your education in HR/Personnel? Perfect, let’s further develop your knowledge and expertise together!

As a recruiter, you will be involved in the entire recruitment process for store personnel. We are currently a team of three consisting of an HR manager, a recruitment manager, and a student working part-time. Together with us, you will be introduced to our entire recruitment process. You will join us during an intense and exciting period where we at SRB Retail House are recruiting large volumes of store personnel. Your tasks will include selection of advertisements and candidates, interviews, reference checks, and filling our positions. All of this in collaboration with your colleagues!

You will have close cooperation with the rest of the team, and we will be there to guide you throughout the period. So whether you have extensive experience in recruitment or are new to the industry, this position could be right for you. For the right person, there is the possibility of a long-term collaboration in varying capacities.

We have the opportunity to offer a position during April, May, and June. We expect you to be able to work at least 50% during this period, but it could be as much as 100% at times, depending on your schedule. We believe you are a social person with good communication skills. Since you will be coming in during an intense period, we hope you have a flexible approach as focus can shift quickly during the workday. It is an advantage if you have previously worked in a store, as you will have a good understanding of the type of candidate we are looking for in our process.
