PEOPL is strengthening its recruitment team and is looking for two new colleagues just in time for summer. Perfect for you who are finishing your studies this spring and are ready to take on an exciting assignment!
As a junior recruiter, you and your colleagues will plan and execute volume recruitments for the upcoming peak season, currently focusing on warehouse staff. The positions are located on-site with our client in Rosersberg, which means you will work alongside our other team members. The work is conducted on-site, with limited opportunities for remote work, although it may occur to some extent.
To succeed in the role, you will be introduced to the client's operations in the initial part of your employment. Your closest manager will be our recruitment manager.
MORE ABOUT THE POSITION
The position of junior recruiter at PEOPL is a hands-on role, meaning you will work closely with the business, our consultants, and clients. No two days will be the same, but one thing is certain: you will meet many people, and it is crucial that this is something you enjoy and are driven by. Your tasks will include:
- Candidate management
- Advertising
- Selection
- Phone interviews
- Group interviews
- Information meetings
- Introduction/Onboarding
- Weekly planning
- Administration related to the recruitment process and onboarding.
TO FIT IN THE ROLE
The position requires the ability to plan, meet deadlines, work systematically, and maintain good structure. We work in several parallel systems, which means that administration is a significant part of the job. You should enjoy meeting people and thrive in multicultural environments. You can handle changes and have the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. The role requires flexibility and an understanding of the business's needs, which includes the possibility of rapid changes. You will be part of a forward-leaning team and contribute to a successful delivery & candidate experience.
We have no requirements for prior experience, although it is advantageous. Since the workplace is located in Rosersberg, we prefer that you live nearby or have a driver's license and a car.
The position starts with a 6-month probationary period. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis starting from 2025-04-15. We welcome your application!
