Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will have overall responsibility for accounting in close collaboration with the CFO. You will be part of a close-knit team of 6 people. Your responsibilities will include:

• Own accounting responsibility for the manufacturing and real estate company, which includes
  • Reconciliations
  • Monthly closings
  • Forecasting and budgeting
  • Monthly reporting
• Support and develop the entire finance department
• Contribute to the development of monthly reports
• Annual closings and annual reports in Capego
• Income tax returns

Your Profile

We prefer that you have a university or college degree in finance and have extensive experience in accounting where you enjoy working with analysis and strategic planning. Previous experience in construction, contracting, and manufacturing companies is considered an advantage. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills who enjoys working closely with a wonderful team! In your role, you will ensure that quality and timelines are maintained regarding reports and documentation – your attention to detail, solution focus, and good communication skills will shine through. Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form is a requirement.

You will actively work to develop and apply routines and methods that improve the business and internal efficiency. In your role, you will process data from the business systems Entré, Monitor, and Fortnox, and we therefore see that you have a strong interest in systems and are an advanced user of Excel.

Success Factors

• University or college degree in finance
• Several years of experience in similar tasks; extensive experience in accounting
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form is a requirement
• Strong interest in systems and advanced user of Excel
