We are now looking for a Group Accounting Specialist at Kronans Apotek

– a key role where you will lead, own, and develop key areas within our group accounting. With us, you will work in a dynamic and stimulating environment with complex accounting issues. Additionally, you will have a central role in sustainability reporting according to ESG and CSRD.

About the role

The role includes both strategic and operational tasks. The work is done in close collaboration with your colleagues within the finance function, process owners, external auditors, and our owners. Your main responsibilities include:

• Being a link between the CFO and internal and external stakeholders
• Being responsible for the financial CSRD reporting
• Being the company's expert in group accounting both in K3 and IFRS
• Owning tax issues and tax calculations
• Owning more complex accounting issues towards auditors and owners
• Working with auditors in preparation for the audit report
• Leading the work to strengthen internal control
• Leading projects to strengthen processes within accounting

You report to the CFO and work from our beautiful office in Stadshagen, Stockholm, where we of course apply hybrid work. We offer a permanent position that begins with a probationary period of 6 months. Desired start date according to agreement.

We are looking for you who are a senior expert

with a background in auditing and advanced group accounting. You are confident in a specialist role and have a strong analytical ability. To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Master's degree in economics
• At least 10 years of experience as an auditor at one of the Big Four audit firms
• Several years of experience working as a group accounting specialist, preferably within retail
• Solid knowledge in Business Central, Power BI, Excel, and other MS environments
• Very good knowledge of IFRS and K3
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English

You thrive in a dynamic environment, are structured and solution-oriented, and have an easy time building relationships and collaborating.
