Job responsibilities

• Responsible for retrieving cases from customers' case management systems and administering these as well as placing orders for the materials needed for the actions
• Coordinates, plans, and prioritizes the work for the teams regarding incoming cases on outdoor lighting that need to be addressed
• Communicates via email and phone with customers and suppliers both in Sweden
• You support our technicians in matters regarding lighting control

We are looking for someone who

• Has approximately 1-2 years of education in administration, customer service, and case management related to the electrical industry, as well as very good system skills or several years of experience in similar roles
• Documented experience working with facilities and control systems for lighting
• Experience and knowledge in working with order systems
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have:

• Previous experience in the lighting industry

You are also self-driven with problem-solving abilities and find it easy to coordinate and prioritize your work. You are relationship-building in the way that you create new contacts and establish good collaborations with others. • Working hours: 6:30 AM - 4 PM Monday-Thursday and 6:30 AM - 1:30 PM on Fridays
