We are looking for an Administrator / Back Office to join our client's team in Västberga on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Handle administrative tasks related to office operations.
• Assist in document management and archiving.
• Provide support to management and other team members with back office tasks.
• Participate in and assist with the planning and execution of meetings and presentations.
• Customer service via phone and email.
• Order management.
• Assist with transport planning.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in administrative work.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good English.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good knowledge of the Office suite.

Employment Conditions

• Extent: Full-time
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Location: Västberga
• Salary: By agreement
