Scania Industrial Maintenance AB is a technical production support company that is part of Scania CV AB. We offer a wide range of services within industrial projects and are responsible for production and facility maintenance within Scania. We have about 1000 employees in Södertälje, Oskarshamn, and Luleå. Throughout our operations, we work together to continuously improve our deliveries, methods, and competencies. We have specialist expertise in areas such as automation, control & regulation, electrical engineering, and HVAC.

Do you want to help drive and develop one of Sweden's largest maintenance organizations towards world-class maintenance?
As a business developer within maintenance, you will educate, coach, develop, and challenge employees and managers in their work to continuously improve and develop the business.
As the department supports all production sections at Scania, some travel may occur in this position.
Your main responsibilities
You actively support and assist managers and employees at all levels within the organization by providing and developing the methods and tools they need. Your work will include method and process development, training, leading improvement initiatives, improvement groups, and project management of prioritized initiatives. The position is close to the business and involves both operational and administrative tasks.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who will strengthen the team with your personality and positive attitude. We believe you have experience in business development and change management within production and maintenance. In this role, you need to work long-term while also supporting operationally with your department in the development and implementation of methods and working practices. You take great responsibility for your deliveries and can easily collaborate and communicate with various parties and stakeholders.
You are proactive, inspiring, and have the ability to create a sense of involvement. You have good self-esteem and are confident in yourself while acting according to Scania's core values.
We also see that you have:
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Experience in change management with successful results
- Good knowledge of cost-effective and reliable maintenance, e.g., WCM, TPM, Lean. Project management
- Higher education or equivalent experience
- Certified Maintenance Technician/Leader according to EFNMS (European Federation of National Maintenance Societies) or similar education is an advantage
- Experience with maintenance systems such as IBM Maximo, SAP is an advantage
- Good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English
- Driver's license B

Who are we?
You will be part of the department that works with the Scania Production System and maintenance development. The Scania Production System & Maintenance Development department is responsible for method development, working practices, and being process owners for selected work processes.
