Example of tasks and responsibilities:

• Analyze customer and sales data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key KPIs.
• Collaborate with marketing, purchasing, and sales teams to implement data-driven strategies.
• Conduct segmentation and target audience analysis to support the development of offers and campaigns that drive customer engagement.
• Monitor and optimize CRM systems to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Present insights and recommendations to Marketing Management and other stakeholders.

Who are you?

To be successful in this role, we believe you have excellent communication and presentation skills. You enjoy working both independently and in teams.

We hope you have/are:

• Several years of experience in data analysis, preferably within CRM or customer analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience using analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Relevant education in statistics or computer science, or knowledge through experience.
• Understanding of database management and good statistical skills.
• Understanding of CRM processes, customer strategies, and customer-related key performance indicators.
• Very good English in both spoken and written form.
