Your mission as a sustainability controller • Define objectives according to the strategy: What should be measured and what levels should be achieved? • Collect, quality assure, and ensure traceability regarding sustainability data. • Create measurement models where direct data collection from the source is not possible. • Support operational managers with decision-making materials in sustainability issues. • Ensure that key figures used for management are visualized in Power BI. • Follow up on initiatives related to the sustainability transition according to the strategy. • Provide support in investment decisions, such as assessing environmental impact and identifying investment support. • Sustainability reporting according to CSRD in the annual and sustainability report. • Lead internal training initiatives in sustainability areas. Who are you? To succeed in the role of sustainability controller with us, we believe you are good at communicating, goal-oriented, and comfortable with complex issues. In addition, we see that you have the following qualifications: • Relevant education or equivalent work experience in the sustainability field • Very good knowledge of sustainability reporting • Experience working with CSRD • Experience in project management • Strong ability to structure your work and collect data. • Excellent ability to express yourself in spoken and written Swedish. • Good system understanding, especially in Excel, and experience working digitally with data.

Part of something bigger

Svevia has long had an established sustainability work throughout the group. The work within Svevia is conducted in a network format to ensure that ownership of the various sustainability issues lies where it naturally belongs. In this way, sustainability is integrated into the entire operation rather than being a separate area. The sustainability work is organized under the CFO and led by a sustainability manager, as well as two sustainability controllers. Svevia has previously reported on sustainability according to GRI standards but is now preparing for the transition to the CSRD standard. Sustainability controlling is responsible for collecting, quality assuring, and building models to measure and steer towards Svevia's sustainability goals where necessary.
