We are looking for an experienced HR consultant for a project with our client, where you will contribute to several strategic initiatives within their People & Culture team (P&C). The purpose of the assignment is to secure continued momentum in important projects related to integration, digitization, and areas such as Job Skills & Architecture as well as management of external workforce. The role also includes responsibility for internal communication and support in connection with larger internal events for employees.

Responsibilities in the role

Digital development within HR (P&C):

You will lead change efforts and communication work related to the launch of a new HR system in the Nordic countries. This includes participation in international meetings, local adaptation of materials, and creating solutions that support a smooth implementation and good user experience ahead of the planned launch on September 1.

Job & Skills Architecture (JSA):

You will coordinate the mapping of existing roles against PMI's global standard. The work is done in close collaboration with central teams, local P&C Business Partners, and leaders within the organization, with the goal of delivering on schedule by September 1.

Projects involving external workforce:

You will drive the implementation of central guidelines regarding third-party resources. This is done in close dialogue with both global and local functions to ensure a uniform application.

Employee engagement in the Nordics:

You will be responsible for planning and publishing content on platforms such as SharePoint and Viva Engage, in collaboration with other departments and the communication team. You will also assist in planning and executing a larger culture and leadership event in Stockholm during the fourth quarter.

Other change support:

If needed, you will contribute to other ongoing initiatives within integration and change management in the P&C team.

Qualifications

• Relevant university education in HR, communication, or equivalent practical experience. • Experience in the food industry. • Background from international organizations and previous role as a P&C specialist or manager. • Documented experience in initiating and executing projects within HR. • Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. • Strong communication skills with the ability to formulate messages effectively. • Experience with digital collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Viva Engage is a plus. • You are collaborative, solution-oriented, adaptable, and take responsibility for delivering results in a multicultural work environment.
