The elevator is the heart and pulse of the property, a world that is always on alert. Our task is to install, modernize, and perform preventive maintenance on elevators and doors with a focus on sustainability. We are one of Sweden's largest independent elevator companies and since 2022 we have been owned by Mitsubishi Electric Corporation. We are now looking for a Group Controller for our office in Bromma who wants to help us in our continued growth.

Here you will have the opportunity to shape a new role in an organization that stands between a smaller, entrepreneurial-driven, and flexible company and a large multinational with its structure. In this role, you will develop the controller function but also be an important cog in our international expansion. Your focus will be to ensure an efficient process for reporting, compiling, and analyzing the operations of subsidiaries, and you will be our key person when it comes to integrating newly acquired companies. You will also contribute to the procurement and implementation of system support for business management.

Other tasks include:

• Responsible for budget, forecasting, and follow-up processes to support strategic decisions.
• Develop and implement KPIs to optimize the profitability and efficiency of the business.
• Responsible for financial management related to profitability, inventory management, and supply chain.
• Work closely with other departments and managers to optimize processes.

To succeed in the role, you need:

• Several years of previous controller experience from an international and complex environment.
• Very good knowledge of Excel and BI systems as well as experience in system implementation.
• Experience in change management and process development.
• Good language skills in Swedish and English.
