About the Position A unique opportunity to take the next step in your service career is now available! As Head of Service in this role, we offer you a chance for a social, independent, and developing job. You will be employed as a service consultant at Middlepoint and work with our client, a multinational technology and industrial company in Solna. As Head of Service, you will have overall responsibility for ensuring both the delivery and development of the service operation, as well as for the administrative management and daily operations of the office.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

  • Welcoming employees and customers at the reception
  • Overall responsibility for the daily operations of the office and reception
  • Handling phone calls and emails
  • Management of conference and meeting rooms as well as other office spaces
  • Various administrative tasks

We prefer that you have experience in administrative work and are accustomed to handling various types of service tasks.

Requirements for the Position

  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Previous experience in service, preferably in an office environment
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Completed high school education

About Employment Employment: Permanent with a 6-month initial probationary period Start: September 1 Working hours: Monday to Friday approximately 08:00-17:00, full-time
