Your new role 

Our client is currently undergoing a comprehensive transformation and is looking for someone to take a key role in their change journey that impacts the entire organization and culminates in a legal "go-live" in the summer of 2025. As a Communicator, you will be an important part of the program team and work closely with the Program Manager and other project areas. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on communication and change initiatives to ensure that managers and employees are well prepared for the integration. Responsibilities: - Plan and implement communication initiatives related to the change program - Create clear and engaging communication through various channels and events - Develop communication plans related to any relocation process - Implement change activities in line with existing strategies - Plan and hold workshops, town halls, and other internal events - Coordinate training initiatives related to the change - Collaborate with stakeholders from HR, Communication, Labor Law, and more - Ensure that communication is transparent and consistent

To be successful in this role, you need

• Bachelor's degree in communication, HR, business administration, or equivalent
• Documented experience in organizational communication and change management
• Excellent ability to write clearly and engagingly for different target groups
• Experience in internal communication via intranet, newsletters, PowerPoint, etc.
• Familiarity with digital tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, etc.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Preferred: Experience with relocation processes
