Job Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a project controller within IT for our government client in Sundbyberg. A perfect job for you who enjoy working with calculations, conducting analyses, compiling information, producing reports, and creating presentations regarding results.

In this role, you will collaborate with various roles/functions within the agency, such as the controller unit, administrative unit, client authorities, as well as close cooperation with service owners, service managers, assistant service managers, and section managers. The IT workplace (which you will be a part of) provides several services for approximately 15,000 users.

Job responsibilities will include the following:

• Collaborate within the IT workplace service area
• Prepare materials for status and forecast reporting
• Prepare forecasts and budgets according to current procedures
• Analyze different parts of the budget and forecast
• Produce reports and create presentations regarding results
• Prepare materials for follow-up on effect and benefit retrieval
• Continuously report status to Service Owners and Service Managers
• Be a support function within the invoicing process, invoicing materials, and inquiries regarding invoicing from client authorities

Qualifications

• You have at least 4 years of work experience in budget and forecasting work within a government agency or equivalent organization.
• You have work experience in financial work within an IT organization.
• You have documented experience with Mercur or similar programs.
• You have documented experience with UBW (formerly Agresso) or similar programs.
• You have documented experience in financial management and collaboration with government agencies or equivalent.
• You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Meritorious: Experience and interest in logistical forecasting
• Meritorious: Experience in optimizing/changing invoicing systems
• Meritorious: Experience in asset management and related reporting follow-up
• Meritorious: Experience in facility follow-up and its processes
• Meritorious: Experience and knowledge of ServiceNow.

Start and Application

Full-time, 40h/week. Our client wishes to start in May, and the assignment is expected to run until 2026-04-30 with an option for extension of 1+1 year. You will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant for our exciting client in Sundbyberg. It is possible to work 2 days a week remotely. Please note that the client is subject to security protection legislation, which means that the assignment may be placed in a security class and a security review of the consultant is required.

The extent of the security review will be communicated at a later stage in the selection process. The process for establishing a Security Protection Agreement and conducting a background check is expected to take about 6–8 weeks from the assignment award, but it may take longer or shorter. Your assignment cannot begin until this process has been completed and the start date has been communicated by the client.
