We are looking for an accounts assistant in accounts receivable on behalf of our client for a consulting assignment starting in April and lasting for 12 months. The focus of the role will be on accounts receivable but may also include accounts payable and ongoing accounting.

Responsibilities

Accounts receivable management - the entire flow
Invoicing
Booking of customer payments
Reminder management and collections
Receipt registration of supplier invoices
Other ad hoc tasks

We are looking for someone with good knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable as well as ongoing accounting. You have experience in SAP and have previously worked with responsibility for accounts receivable. The client is international, and we are looking for someone with good knowledge of both Swedish and English.

The work is based at the client's office in western Stockholm and the scope is 100%.
