What will you do?

In the role of Executive Operations Specialist, you will manage the executive management's meeting structure, create clear agendas, and ensure that the CEO always has the right information for important decisions. You will plan and coordinate initiatives, drive follow-up on decisions, and ensure that the executive management can focus on what matters most. You will do this by continuously ensuring that we always have smart digital solutions and AI tools, always with a mindset to streamline workflows and decision-making.

You are an important player in ensuring that the CEO and executive management can work strategically, efficiently, and with the right decision-making basis. You act as a bridge between management and the organization, coordinating, structuring, and optimizing workflows to create smoother and more productive flows. With a combination of strategic thinking, digital tools, and data-driven insights, you help ensure that decisions are made on the right grounds, leading us to continuously move forward together.

You also play a key role in compiling CEO reports, ensuring that decision-making materials are clear, accurate, and insight-driven. With your organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, you ensure that the management work flows smoothly – focusing on business benefits, efficiency, and future work methods.

In other words – you are the one who ensures that the CEO and executive management can focus on the right things, at the right time, in the right way.

To succeed in this role, we believe you are strategic, analytical, and a master at creating structure in a dynamic environment. You have a natural ability to see the big picture, be proactive, identify areas for improvement, and optimize workflows using digital tools and AI. With strong communication skills, you navigate smoothly between the CEO, executive management, and other stakeholders. You are independent, solution-oriented, and thrive on driving change – always focusing on efficiency, quality, and business benefits.

We also see that you have:

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role where you have worked closely with the CEO and management teams, as well as experience in driving change.

Experience with digital solutions such as Office 365 and effectively working with AI tools like ChatGPT and Copilot.

A degree in economics, technology, IT, management, or another relevant field.

Fluent skills in Swedish and very good skills in English, both spoken and written.

The position is a permanent employment with a start as soon as possible. The workplace is in Visby or Stockholm. In mid-May, our Stockholm office will move to new fresh premises at Slussen. At Svenska Spel, we do the job where it fits best, sometimes at home and sometimes at one of our offices.
