Do you have experience working with health and medical care issues or similar matters from the Government Offices or another authority? We are now looking for an administrator responsible for issues related to pharmaceuticals.

The position includes responsibility for issues related to regulation, management, financing, as well as availability and use of pharmaceuticals. Furthermore, the role involves responsibility for these issues at both national and international levels. The position is placed in the LMA group, which primarily handles issues related to pharmaceuticals, medical technology, and pharmacies, but also includes donations, cosmetics, and life sciences within the group's areas of responsibility.
Main responsibilities:
- develop and analyze materials for the government's positions on issues related to pharmaceuticals or other related matters within the health and medical care sector
- participate in coordinating efforts related to pharmaceuticals
- develop and analyze materials for the government's positions within the unit's areas of responsibility
- manage ongoing tasks such as inquiries, interpellations, correspondence, etc.
- draft bills, legal council opinions, letters, and DS
- work within the framework of the government's management of authorities
- participate in international processes and contexts

Your background
We are looking for someone with an academic background in economics or another relevant field. You should have previous experience working with health and medical care issues or similar matters from the Government Offices or another authority. Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
It is advantageous if you have experience working with pharmaceutical issues and if you have conducted health economic analysis work. If you also have knowledge of the pharmaceutical system, it is a plus, as well as knowledge of and application of health economics.
Your qualities
To fit into the role, you need to be able to work under time pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and be able to take initiatives and drive development within the framework of the issues you are responsible for. The work requires that you are quality-conscious and structured with a knack for making sound decisions. You have good collaboration skills and find it easy to communicate with others. It is important that you thrive in an environment where your longer-term and strategic work is combined with quick orders with short delivery times. You should have an understanding of the demands of working in a politically governed environment and an understanding of the role and function of the Government Offices. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
Other
This is a fixed-term employment, but no longer than until August 31, 2026. Start as soon as possible or by agreement. A security clearance will be conducted before a decision on employment is made.
