About the Role As an HR Business Partner, you will play a central role in developing and implementing HR strategies that support our business objectives and drive our growth. You will work closely with our managers to create a strong and sustainable corporate culture, drive change initiatives, and ensure that we attract, develop, and retain the right talents. You will be responsible for providing expert support in areas such as leadership development, employee engagement, labor law, workplace environment, and performance management. Through your strategic and operational work, you will contribute to both business results and the long-term success of our employees.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manager Support - You will be a close support for our managers in their leadership work and help them create successful and engaging teams. By guiding them in HR matters, leadership development, and conflict resolution, you ensure that our managers are equipped to lead their teams successfully.
  • Develop and Implement HR Processes and Systems - You are responsible for continuously developing and implementing effective HR processes and systems that support both individual and organizational growth. This includes ensuring that the processes align with the company's overall goals and vision.
  • Goal Management and Follow-Up - You will lead and follow up on various HR projects and processes to ensure that they meet shared goals and contribute to the company's long-term success. You ensure that each project and initiative is well executed and maintains a high standard.

You will be part of the Nordic HR team and report to the Head of HR Nordics.

Your Experience and Qualities You have an academic degree in human resources or equivalent, and you have several years of experience in broad and qualified HR work, at least 2-3 years in an HR Business Partner role. You have worked with HR in global and/or Nordic organizations, have good knowledge of labor law, and have experience in recruitment. We consider it a strong merit if you have worked with both white-collar and blue-collar employees, have experience in engineering-heavy companies, and have certification in personality tests. Furthermore, you have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and are proficient in Microsoft Office.

As a person, you are proactive, attentive, and structured. You are communicative, have good analytical skills, and a strong commitment to delivering results. You are skilled at collaborating, building trust, and managing relationships, while also demonstrating high emotional stability and an unpretentious attitude.
