What will you do?

Welcome to a fantastic opportunity with us at Coor! Your workplace will be our new client's fully renovated and inspiring office, with a move-in date in mid-May. Here, you play a key role as the outward face, creating positive experiences for both customers and visitors through your engagement and professionalism. The role offers a perfect balance between independence and teamwork, with variety and joy in your workdays and the chance to make a real difference. Examples of tasks include:

• Welcoming customers and visitors and delivering excellent service.
• Planning and preparing premises for meetings and conferences, including furnishings and technology.
• Handling incoming calls and emails and supporting the reception as needed.
• Performing office services such as mail handling, reception work, and oversight of office equipment.
• Responsible for coffee machines, catering orders, and setup.
• Following up and managing error reports.
• Building relationships with suppliers and customers and contributing to upselling.
• Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to continuous improvements for the customer and the business.

• You have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English.
• Previous experience in a service role in, for example, hotels, restaurants, or reception is an advantage.
• Good system and computer skills, easily mastering the Office suite.

Additional information and contact details

Employment type: Permanent part-time position (80%) with a probationary period, starting immediately.

Location: Stockholm

Working hours: Weekdays, Monday to Thursday with varying times between 07:30-17:00. You are always off on Fridays.
